Rated ‘5 – Very Good’ by the Care Inspectorate, Clonmacate is set in a semi-rural location in South Ayrshire. The service benefits from a picturesque backdrop of green fields and nature, with panoramic views of nearby towns and beaches.
We support young people aged 8 to 18 years with trauma and adverse childhood experiences, as well as additional support needs. This includes an autistic spectrum disorder (ASD), pathological demand avoidance (PDA), social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs and child sexual exploitation (CSE).

Young people who have experienced failed attachment, will find sanctuary and healing within this warm and impressively furnished setting. The therapeutic surroundings close to Clonmacate, such as beaches and hill walks, also offer an engaging learning and living environment.
