Forest View is an Ofsted ‘Good’ rated children’s home for up to 4 young people aged 5-18 years with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties (SEBD). The home supports moderate learning difficulties associated with SEBD, such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), as well as low risk mental health difficulties.
Forest View is situated on the outskirts of a town within the New Forest in Hampshire. It is close to local amenities, and both the countryside and city are easily accessible.
Supporting the needs of the young people
Forest View provides a warm and homely environment for young people to live and develop as individuals. They receive specialist and intensive support to understand their feelings and emotions, manage their behaviour and engage with education and personal growth.
The home is committed to providing the highest quality service with a dedicated, experienced and highly qualified staff team. The staff follow a positive behavioural support (PBS) approach to address and manage behaviours that may challenge, supporting and enabling the young people to achieve their potential.
