The Priory Group has today announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire Aspire Scotland Ltd, a specialist provider of care and education services to children and young people, for an undisclosed amount.

Aspire Scotland Ltd, which runs homes and a school in North Ayrshire, will become part of the Priory’s Education and Children’s Services division.  

As the UK’s leading independent provider of specialist education and care, Priory Education and Children’s Services has established its reputation as a trusted partner of local authorities by delivering positive outcomes for children and young people aged 5 to 25 across its 45 day and residential schools, and 95 children’s homes.
